Menu Plan Monday!

It’s that time of the week again; time to see what we’re eating for dinner!  We did pretty well last week sticking to the menu, and trying out a few of the menu items prepared in my freezer cooking adventure last month. I’m hoping to take pictures of the meals this week, so eventually I can post a photo and the recipe in my menu plan post!

Monday – Calzones with ham and roasted peppers, served with homemade sweet potato fries

Tuesday – Perogies and farmer sausage (with my famous perogie sauce of melted butter, sour cream, bacon and shredded cheddar cheese...mmmm mmmm mmm.... I could have it for breakfast right now...)

Valentine’s Day Dessert – Chocolate Trifle!!  So delicious, so decadent, so easy to make!

Wednesday – Lasagne and garlic bread

Thursday – French Canadian Tourtiere, mashed potatoes               

Friday – Pizza and Salad

Saturday –  Leftover Turkey Pot Pie

Sunday – Pasta bolognaise and Caesar salad
